Hozz\u00e1 adjuk a cukrot, \u00e9s a kefirt, majd \u00fajabb kever\u00e9s ut\u00e1n a tejet.<\/li>\n<li>A lisztet elkeverj\u00fck a sz\u00f3dabikarb\u00f3n\u00e1val, majd beleforgatjuk az apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gott epret.
